       My professional passion centers around creating and growing business opportunities that promote general aviation growth and the innovative and entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow. 
I finally talked the airport manager into hiring me to put gas in planes when I was 16. I washed airplanes on the weekends to trade out for flight time with the local flight school. My senior year in high school, through persistence, I was offered a position with a corporate flight department to clean their King Air, Falcon 50, and hangar. I remained with that flight department through college and worked my way up to a King Air Captain.
        Passionate about aviation, yet wanting to provide a stable life for my family, I learned the insurance business at Marsh. Then I started Aviation Solutions so I could bring the same world class expertise I was providing business jet operators to the rest of general aviation. I enjoy the integral works of growing a business so much that I pursued an EMBA at a leading business school. This taught me how to manage a company and helped me discover who I am in a deeper level. In 2016, Marsh & McLennan Agency acquired our company to utilize us as their aviation platform for the middle market segment of the industry.
